An outstanding product, which is synonymous with superb quality and needs no introductions as it is so famous across the globe.
Culatello is produced in a very small area, bordering a handful of villages in the Parma lowlands.
Here the fog from the river Po is a precious ingredient which ensures perfect maturing. Only a few, select producers make Culatello and can use the Designation of Protected Origin mark.
