Wines and liqueurs

Parma’s wines are light and sparkling (very few still wines are produced), and perfectly enhance the taste of food on every occasion. Several wines have the DOC Colli di Parma designation, including the well-known Malvasia, Sauvignon and Lambrusco, all with a pleasant, affable structure.
Liqueurs also feature, giving a sense of well-being to anyone who tastes them and include Nocino, made from unripened walnut hulls, liqueurs made from fruits growing wild or cultivated in the countryside and excellent distillates for making superb brandies and grappas.
